Ridgway Rendezvous
This two-day festival features live music, a beer, wine, and cocktail tent, and a variety of children's activities, creating a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere. Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.
Durango Autumn Arts Festival
Celebrating 31 years of presenting fine arts crafts by makers from around the country, the Durango Autumn Arts Festival takes place amidst the fall colors on quaint Second Avenue in historic downtown Durango, Colorado.
Organized as a benefit event by and for the Durango Arts Center, the region’s premiere non-profit arts organization serving Durango and the Four Corners, the festival is ranked one of the top festivals in the country, welcoming an estimated 8,000 visitors annually. Artists and craftspeople report the show is well organized and offers great hospitality and friendly, steady crowds.
Festival patrons are encouraged to enjoy food from the many delicious restaurants downtown and throughout Durango (see our list of sponsors below for some ideas).
The Durango Autumn Arts Festival is free and open to the public. Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am-5:00pm
Mother's Day Spring Fling
Celebrate the season with us at our annual Spring Fling, held on Mother's Day from 12PM to 6PM at the winery. This much-loved event features over 25 talented local artists and vendors, a variety of delicious foods, a painting class, live music, and of course, our finest selection of wines and local beer. It’s the perfect way to celebrate mom, while enjoying a day of shopping, dining, and entertainment in a beautiful setting. Bring your friends, family, and a love for great wine as we welcome the warmth of spring together.
Blankets and chairs are welcome! Bring your own empty wine glass if you'd like. Re-usable cups will be available.

Maria’s Literary Foundation’s Read-a-Thon Fundraiser
I’ll be reading on display in the front window of Maria’s Bookshop and reading as many books as I can for one week. If you would like to sponsor me, please follow the instructions for sponsors here.
Donations from the Read-a-Thon will help Maria’s Literary Foundation operate The Reading Room, a free bookshop and reading nook for youth in Durango. Funds raised during the Read-a-Thon will help stock The Reading Room with good books for great kids, and fund programs like book clubs for underrepresented communities, reading tutoring for kids with dyslexia, and writing workshops for aspiring young authors. All donations to Maria’s Literary Foundation during the Read-a-Thon will be matched by Maria’s Bookshop.
